Tikka T3/CMMG AR-15

The Tikka has maybe 100 rounds through it and the CMMG .223 has probably upwards of 500 rounds. Nothing is wrong with either rifle.
The CMMG is a .223/5.56 rifle with CAA adjustable stock, full length rail, UAG pistol grip, EoTech 552 holo sight with G&G Covers, Surefire M98 225 lumen light w/ pressure switch and an adjustable (50-600 yrd) flip up rear sight. Rifle will also come with a bulldog soft tactical case and 3 30rd black Pmag's and 2 30rd CMMG Mil-Spec mags with stainless followers. I also have 200 rounds of Remington FMJ I can throw in. I had this rifle built about 2 years ago for $2500 ($1500 for rifle and another $1000 for EoTech and Surefire). Asking $1750 with shipping and the ammo thrown in. If your near my area, I can arrange to meet.
The Tikka T3 is the Varmint .308 It has a 20 inch Free Floating Heavy Barrel. The Stock has a built in Cheek Piece and I also have a Harris Bipod attached on the front. The Rifle comes topped with a Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24x40mm scope that is hard to beat. I personally would put my Elite 4200 against any Leopold. The scope also has the side focus option. The scope has covers on the front and rear and the rifle also comes with a hard shell case. I also have about 150-200 rounds of mixed ammo that is included. About 80 rds (Hornady SST, Hornady TAP and Remington FMJ) is quality ammo while the other is mixed surplus ammo. I would like to see $975 shipped with ammo.
